Intuition Educational Support does not fall under the realms of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as Intuition Educational Support does not have an annual turnover of greater than $3 million and it does not fall into any classes of exceptions to the Acts.

  Nevertheless, Intuition Educational Support, consistent with its aims and principles, agrees to the following:

  1. Take all reasonable steps to protect the security of any personal information held, be it stored in electronic or hard copy format.
  2. Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
  3. We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.

  8. We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
  9. We will se email addresses ONLY for the purpose for which it is provided. Email addresses will NOT be added to any unauthorised mailing list or disclosed to other organisations. If you subscribe to any of the Intuition Educational Support's online mailing lists (such as the Intuition Educational Support Newsletter list), you can easily remove your email details from the list by unsubscribing.
  10. Intuition Educational Support does not store credit card details from its website in its computer systems.
  11. Intuition Educational Support does not have any responsibility for the privacy policies or practices of third party sites linked to or from the listed websites.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
