When faced with a challenge do you have a go or walk away? The answer to this question is probably based on what kind of mindset you have. There are two types of mindsets: growth mindset and fixed mindset. 
Someone with a growth mindset is likely to: be eager to learn from the people around them; have an understanding that in order to achieve something, they’ve got to give it a go; recognise that failure is an opportunity to learn; and they are likely to be aware of weaknesses, and put in the effort to improve them.
On the flip side someone with a fixed mindset is likely to: avoid challenges in case they make a mistake; don't deal with setbacks very well; try to hide mistakes for fear of looking bad; and they are convinced that are can only be good at one thing.
