What is GATE
GATE, also known as the Academic Selective Entrance Test (ASET), is the acronym for Gifted and Talented Entrance. The assessment for Gifted and Talented Programs is conducted annually, requiring all applicants to undergo the Academic Selective Entrance Test and potentially participate in workshops, auditions, and interviews tailored to the chosen programs. The four-part examination, comprising Reading Comprehension, Writing, Quantitative, and Abstract Reasoning, serves as the gateway for securing a spot in selective high school programs for students.
What types of Gifted & Talented Programs are offered?
Securing a spot in an exclusive school opens doors to numerous prospects for your child's academic journey. Here, they will collaborate with peers who share their drive for excellence, immersing themselves in a tailored curriculum. Moreover, they will thrive in a dynamic educational setting that is both demanding and inspiring. Students have the opportunity to explore academic, arts, or language pathways.

How We Can Help
Intuition Educational Support provides GATE tutoring classes and personalized instruction in all three programs. Nevertheless, students must take the Academic tests to be eligible for any of the programs. These tests deviate significantly from typical academic assignments. The assessments present questions that go beyond the standard school curriculum, requiring precise expert guidance for preparation to avoid putting students at a disadvantage. These tests cover quantitative and abstract reasoning, reading comprehension, and a writing component.
By mastering key concepts, becoming well-acquainted with the various types of questions that may arise, and honing effective test-taking strategies, your child will significantly enhance their chances of gaining admission to their desired school.
By familiarizing students with the question formats and structure, we offer our students the highest probability of attaining the high scores required for acceptance into selective schools.
We run weekly sessions with our GATE educational specialists that cover all areas of the GATE test to prepare your child as much as possible. Contact us to find out when these classes are running. We also offer small group workshops during the school holidays. Find out more

We highly advise beginning your preparation well in advance to ensure thorough readiness for the exam.
Weekly Classes
Intuition GATE weekly classes aim to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of concepts and exposure to varied question types likely to appear on the test. The sessions are divided into two segments: 90 minutes dedicated to literacy and another 90 minutes focused on numeracy, with each part instructed by a specialist in the respective field. By encompassing all aspects of the GATE test, our classes provide thorough preparation to ensure your child is fully ready for the examination.

Participants can expect to receive thorough guidance on all sections of the exam, coupled with a strong focus on key strategies that are essential for achieving success in these competitive assessments.
