Starting school can be a stressful time for young children. So many buildings, so many children and to top it off they are the little ones in the playground. Young children are full of questions, wondering how, why, when, and where. As they grow and learn, this time is filled with changes. It is when they begin to develop physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually. 

Our Programs

One of our latest weekly programs for children ages 4-7. Designed to give the little ones a variety of activities during each session. With an emphasis on language development, confidence building and mobility, our RAR program also helps to develop essential life skills for younger children, such as following instructions, taking turns, sharing, listening, movement, as well sequencing and memory skills..

The program is divided into three sections: Firstly, children participate in the Read session, which is carefully devised to captivate the childrens' interests and stimulate their learning through storytelling, reading, listening and language activities. After a short break children move into the Act session, consisting of activities such as: dramatic play, songs, speech training and creative movement. The concluding session Run taught by a fully qualified fitness instructor, gives children varied opportunities to develop their key motor skills, learn correct exercise techniques, moving and having fun as well as enjoy the health benefits of regular exercise.

Sessions run on Saturday mornings from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. Book your child in today.
